A few things Peter did to ensure success:

  • Added protein to his breakfast smoothie through Herbalife's 24 formula 1!
  • Cut down his intake of starchy carbs (bread, pasta, biscuits etc)
  • Stopped drinking any alcohol during the week (mon-Fri)
  • Drank at least 3 litres of water a day
  • Had personal training twice a week
  • Did lots of cycling, kettlebells and cardio work in his own time!

The main thing he did that made the difference was to enter the Level 10 90 Day Competition, which helped him stay focused and committed
