Over the past 4 years, my passion for health and fitness developed into a huge career change for me in 2018. 

I have been teaching fitness classes for the past 4 years and have decided it was time to take it to the next level and take this on full time.  I am now a qualified Personal Trainer and can specialise in Ante/Postnatal clients.  I am really excited to share my passion and knowledge with clients and help improve their daily habits to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Before my big step, I have always worked in an office environment and to this day I still don’t mind it, however, there was no passion and I am a firm believer you should follow your dreams and do what you enjoy, as life is short.

I have danced from a really young age, however, when I was growing up I thought up every excuse to not take part in PE and physical activities.  It wasn’t until I found my love for Zumba Fitness that I genuinely fell in love with Exercise and Nutrition in all areas.  I have completely changed my outlook on life and feel happier and healthier on the inside and I want to share this with others.  I also used to hate running, but as my outlook on myself changed over the past 4 years, so did this one… last year 2017, I ran my first half marathon and where better else than Disneyland!!  (For those of you who don’t know I like to go to Disneyland a lot!)

So that’s me, I hope to see you all in classes soon or one on one in a PT session.
