JAMES TEMPJames Temple - Personal Trainer and Instructor @ FITJOY

From an early age fitness and health have always been important to me. I grew up on the Isle of Wight where I spent my childhood on the beaches Surfing and Swimming. As I grew I developed a passion for fitness and exercise and it’s that passion I try to share with clients. My personal fitness has enabled me to play semi-pro football and international pro beach football. 

In 2004 I completed a degree at Chichester University in Sports Development, from there I went to London to complete a Personal training Course with Fitness Industry Education. Since qualifying, I work with individual clients, groups and elite sports teams throughout Chichester. I also teach various group classes like Aqua, Circuits and Spinning. I regularly attend fitness seminars and weekends to ensure I keep developing within the industry. I am happy to work with all clients and will be positive and motivated to help clients reach any of their fitness goals. As a fitness professional, I understand the importance of structured programmes, but I also insist that exercise should be FUN, I will bring a real personality and sense of fun to all my sessions.
