Zumba:

Let’s face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding and beneficial. Working out can be lots of things, but it’s never been known to be an exhilarating experience…UNTIL NOW! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class!

Kettlebells NEW!!

Kettlebell training can be the tool to get results fast, now extremely popular throughout the fitness world they are used by athletes, sportsmen and women and celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Penelope Cruz and Lance Armstrong.

James will be offering 1-1 training, and small group sessions. So whatever your goal is let us and kettlebell training get you there.

Aerobics:

Physical exercise that involves rhythmical movement, strengthen and stretching. It improves your cardiovascular system, strength and flexibility. Mixture of music used from cheesy to modern anything to get the class motivated.

 

 


Salsa Aerobics:

Latino movements mixed with the traditional aerobics movements. Rhythmical exercise routines to latino music that are changed on an average of three weeks. Very good for the sides of the abdominals as hips are twisting during the workout. At the end of session there are still toning and stretching exercises.

 

 

 

 


Just Jhoom:

Inspired by the glitz and glamour of Bollywood, Just Jhoom! is a brand new form of dancercise that’s energetic, sexy… and a great way to keep fit! Bored of the gym? Want something fun and inspiring? Then Just Jhoom! may be just the thing! Using Indian dance moves, Bollywood music and strengthening exercises inspired by yoga, we’ll make sure you get a really good workout without even realising that you are working out! 

 

 

 

 


Pilates:

Pilates is a form of exercise which is suitable for virtually anyone – regardless of age (18+), gender or fitness ability. Using a variety of mat-based exercises which focus on creating a strong ‘centre’ or ‘core’ from which to work the rest of the body, Pilates aims to improve overall body alignment and posture – making it particularly beneficial for sufferers of back/joint problems. Pilates exercises work to balance out the body by both strengthening the muscles and improving flexibility in the joints, and is also a great way to help tone up all over. The controlled movement, breathing and relaxation de-stresses the mind and gives participants a renewed sense of wellbeing and an increased sense of body awareness.
