Welcome

Fitjoy - was established September 2008 by Natalie Owen in Chichester starting with an Aerobics class in a local community centre. This year I started a salsa aerobics class which has proven to be very popular.

Fitjoy also offers children’s dance and fitness classes to the local community, instructors are available to come and teach workshops in the local area. We also offer seated movement and exercise and currently hold workshops at local residential homes in Chichester.

Fitjoy has also helped with Petworth 10K race for life in preparing runners for the 10K with an effective warm-up.

Classes take place in community centres in Chichester and Bognor Regis in nice sized halls that have toilet and changing facilities and kitchens. (water available)

We have made over £200 for Cancer Research.  Well done to Sherene, Kaye, Brenda, Victoria, Sarah and Joyce who took part with me, It was a fantastic day!! Fitjoy has also helped withRace For Life at Petworth preparing runners for the 10K with an effective warm-up and we have also prepared walkers for the Moonlight walk in Chichester, raising money for St Wilfred's hospice.
